At Trussardi, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Trussardi account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
